Piña Colada Protein Pops

Low calories, low carb, low lactose, gluten free and refined sugar free – this sweet snack is the perfect indulgence that is both healthy and good for your body. Cool down with a Piña Colada Protein Pop after a work-out, as a snack or for dessert, and channel those tropical holiday vibes! 

Makes approximately 4 pops.



½ cup coconut yoghurt

30g True WPI90 Pina Colada

½ cup fresh pineapple

Juice from 1 lime

Fresh mint leaves



1. Roughly chop pineapple and add to blender.

2. Add all other ingredients to a blender and blend until a smooth liquid is formed.

3. Pour into ice-block mould and freeze overnight.
