Major Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period 
The True Protein Black Friday Competition ("Competition") will run from 18:00 AEDT on 17th November 2025 to 11:59 PM AEDT on 26th November 2025 (“Sale Period”). 
 
2. Eligibility 
The Competition is open to all customers within Australia and over the age of 18 who make qualifying purchases on the True Protein website during the Sale Period. Employees of True Protein, its affiliates, sponsored partners, wholesalers, promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. 

3. How to Enter 
To enter the Competition, customers must make a qualifying purchase during the Sale Period. For $150 spent in a single transaction, customers will receive one (1) entry into the prize draw. Higher spend thresholds will earn additional entries as follows: 
a.    Spend $150 = 1 Competition Entry 
b.    Spend $250 = 5 Additional Competition Entries 
c.    Spend $400 = 10 Additional Competition Entries 
d.    Spend $500 = 25 Additional Competition Entries

Entries are cumulative and will stack. For example, a customer who spends $400 will earn a total of 16 entries for that purchase. The total entries one can receive is 41. True Protein may offer additional entries based on the purchase of certain products during the sale, as advertised on trueprotein.com.au/black-friday-sale.

4. VIP Presale Double Entries 
VIP Customers who purchase during the promotion period (18:00 AEDT 17th Nov – 10:00 AEDT 18th Nov) will receive double the competition entries based on their qualifying spend (e.g., a $150 purchase would equal 2 entries instead of 1). 

5. Additional Entries 
True Protein reserves the right to award additional entries during the competition period. On the 24th of November, during the sale period customers will be awarded additional entries for completing the same actions as specified above (spending over $150).


6. Entry Conditions 
a.    There is no limit to the number of entries a customer can accumulate throughout the Sale Period. 
b.    Once entered, participants will remain in the draw for the entire duration of the Sale Period unless otherwise disqualified under these terms. 
c.    All purchases are subject to True Protein’s standard terms and conditions of sale. 
 

7. Prize Draws and Delivery  
The major prize will randomly be drawn from all eligible entrants via randomdraws.com.au after the competition period has closed. The draw will occur in the presence of an independent scrutineer on 1st December 2025 at 10:00 AM AEDT at Suite 301, Level 3, 120 Old Pittwater Rd, Brookvale.

a.    The winner will be notified by email and phone using the contact details provided with their purchase within 2 business days of the draw. Winner will be published (initial of their first name, last name and postcode) at www.trueprotein.com.au/pages/black-friday  by 1st December 2025. 
 
 
8. Unclaimed Prizes  
a.    The winner has until 27th Feb 2026 to claim their prize by providing their relevant details. In the instance the winner has not provided the details necessary within the allotted time frame, the prize will be redrawn. If required an unclaimed prize draw will occur on 3rd March 2026 in the presence of an independent scrutineer at the same time and location as the original draw. Winner will be notified by email and phone using the contact details provided with their purchase within 7 days of the unclaimed prize draw. Winner will be published (initial of their first name, last name and postcode) at www.trueprotein.com.au/pages/terms within 7 days of the unclaimed prize draw.
 
 
9. Prizes Details 

Inclusions:

  • Five (5) nights’ accommodation at Barceló Whale Lagoon Maldives in an all-inclusive overwater villa (valued at AUD $9,908).
  • Roundtrip seaplane transfers from Velana International Airport (Male) to resort.
  • Daily breakfast at Sea Salt Restaurant.
  • Daily lunch at Sea Salt Restaurant, Breeze or Magical Pool Bar.
  • Nightly dinner at Sea Salt Restaurant.
  • One (1) set-menu specialty meal at Aqua Restaurant.
  • Unlimited daily free-flow drinks from the All-Inclusive Beverage menu at any onsite bar or restaurant.
  • Daily in-room minibar refresh.
  • Complimentary non-motorised watersports, including snorkelling, kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding.
  • Daily morning and afternoon tea at Breeze Bar.
  • One (1) whale shark or dolphin cruise excursion per package.
  • $2,500 flight credit in the form of voucher
  • $2,000 spending money in the form of EFT transfer
  • $600 True Protein voucher
  • Total prize value $15,008 AUD


Conditions:

  • Booking must be made by 30 July 2026.
  • Travel must be completed by 30 September 2026.
  • Prize valid for two (2) adults only.
  • If not booked by the stated date, the prize will expire and be unavailable for use.
  • Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
  • Any additional guests, activities or expenses are at the winner’s own cost.
  • Blackout periods and surcharges apply, including school holidays, long weekends, and special event periods.

10. General Terms 
a.    Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be swapped, exchanged or redeemed for cash. 
b.    True Protein reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. 
c.    True Protein’s decision on all matters relating to the Competition, including the selection of winners, is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. 
d.    Any taxes, fees, or charges (including customs and duties) associated with the prizes are the responsibility of the winners. 
 

11. Disqualification 
True Protein reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent entries, or breaches these terms and conditions. 


12. Liability 
True Protein is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant or winner in connection with the competition, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. 


13. Privacy 
By entering the Competition, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with True Protein’s Privacy Policy for the purpose of administering the Competition and awarding prizes. 


14. Amendments 
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation. 

By entering this Competition, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

General Sale Terms & Conditions

Sale ends 11:59pm 26th Nov 2025. True reserves the right to extend or end the sale at any point. All sale prices are subject to change at any time at True’s discretion. Stackable gifts with purchase are subject to availability, may be changed or withdrawn at any time, are limited to one per customer, and are not redeemable for cash or eligible for rain checks. In the event that a post-checkout offer brings a full order total to the next gift with purchase threshold, the gift will not be awarded. Discounted apparel items are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges. Sale prices are only available while stock lasts. Sale prices not available to wholesale customers, sponsored athletes or Alliance group members. Discount codes and other promotions, including discounts earned via friend referral, are not applicable during the sale period unless specified. Gift cards are excepted. Sale pricing not available in currencies other than AUD.
