The Ultimate Chocolate Smoothie Bowl

Serves 1

Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

1 small frozen cut up banana
1 cup almond milk
1 Tbsp natural almond butter
1 Scoop True Protein Vegan 85 Rich Chocolate
1 Tbsp cacao
½ tsp salt
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup ice

Method

  1. Place the milk into a blender followed by the remainder of the ingredients

  2. Blitz until the mixture becomes smooth and combined

  3. Pour mixture into a serving bowl and garnish with your favourite toppings such as cacao nibs and coconut chips
