Macros per serve:
1 400g tin chickpeas, drained
1/3 cup peanut butter
4 tbsp coconut oil, melted
2/3 cup granulated sweetener
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 scoops (60g) True Protein WPI in Toffee Caramel
100g white chocolate, chopped
1. Line a small baking tin with baking paper and preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Place all ingredients ,except the protein powder and white chocolate, into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
3. Pour this mixture into a bowl then stir through the protein powder until combined.
4. Next, fold in the chocolate chunks then pour into lined baking tray and place into the oven for 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool for 30 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!
