Serves 6

Macros (excluding mix ins) 

Calories: 282

Protein: 12.6g

Carbs: 11.3g

Fat: 20.2g

 

Ingredients

250ml full cream milk

1/4 cup granulated sugar 

3/4 cup True Protein WPI 90 in French Vanilla

300ml cream 

1/2tbsp vanilla extract

Mix ins:

Frozen raspberries (defrosted)

White chocolate chips 

Biscuits, chopped

 

Method

  1. In a bowl whisk together the milk, sugar and protein powder. Once sugar has dissolved, whisk in the cream. 

  2. Add mixture to an ice cream maker and churn until thickened. 

  3. Once finished, add 1/2 into a container, add mix ins and top with remaining ice cream and some more mix ins.

  4. Leave in the freezer for 30 minutes. 

  5. Scoop and enjoy!
