Ingredients

1/2 cup frozen banana chunks

25g True Protein WPI 90 in French Vanilla

1 tbsp nut butter of choice

1 tbsp mixed dried fruit, finely chopped

1/8 tsp mixed spice

1/8 tsp cinnamon 

1/3 cup ice

1/3 cup almond milk

 

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
