Ingredients
6 gluten-free Weetbix
1 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
1 scoop True WPC80 in Cookies and Cream
1/3 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 Tbsp honey (optional)
2 Tbsp almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Topping
60g dark chocolate
2 Tbsp coconut cream
1 tsp coconut oil
Method
- 
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and prepare a baking tray 
- 
Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender until combined 
- 
Press the mixture into a baking tray with either a spoon or your fingers, once pressed evenly, place in the oven 
- 
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden 
- 
Once baked leave to cool 
- 
Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together then stir through coconut cream 
- 
Pour the chocolate topping over the base and leave to set in the fridge 
-
