1 cup full cream cow’s milk
1 cup diced banana, frozen
1 scoop True Protein WPI90 in Toffee Caramel OR substitute this flavour for our Banana and Honey WPI90
1 tbs chia seeds
1 handful of ice
Method:

In a blender, add the milk, banana, Toffee Caramel Whey Protein Isolate Powder, chia seeds and ice

Blend until all ingredients are well combined.
