Toffee Caramel Smoothie

Serves 2

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Energy (kJ): 2250kJ

Carbohydrates: 24g

Protein: 16g

Fat: 7g

 

Ingredients: 

1 cup full cream cow’s milk

1 cup diced banana, frozen 

1 scoop True Protein WPI90 in Toffee Caramel OR substitute this flavour for our Banana and Honey WPI90

1 tbs chia seeds 

1 handful of ice


Method:

  1. In a blender, add the milk, banana, Toffee Caramel Whey Protein Isolate Powder, chia seeds and ice 

  2. Blend until all ingredients are well combined. 

  3. Serve in two glasses.
