2 cooked kumura/sweet Potato
1 can chickpeas
1/2 red onion
1/4 block feta
1 scoop True WPC in Natural
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp onion flakes
Roughly mash sweet potato and chickpeas together.
Add onion and egg and mix until combined. Fold in Feta.
Add the rest of the ingredients and roughly combine.
Roll into balls and place on baking tray. Cook for 35 minutes until browned. Enjoy!
