Ingredients for flatbread
1 cup of flour
1 TP scoop True Plant Protein in Natural
1.5 cups of natural Greek yoghurt
2 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp oregano
Salt and pepper
Ingredients for mango salsa
1 diced mango
½ red onion, diced
1 avocado, diced
6 cherry tomatoes
Juice of 1 lime
Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius

Mix all flatbread ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined

Halve the mixture and using a rolling pin, roll out the mixture to your preferred bread thickness

Line 2 round pizza tray with baking paper and transfer the bread dough. Put in the oven for 5 minutes and take out from the oven once browned

While the bread is browning, mix all the mango salsa ingredients together in a bowl and keep coating with lime juice is the mixture is not wet enough

Wait until the bread is crispy and cooled before cutting into slices and serving with mango salsa
