1 cup roasted peanuts
1 tin chickpeas, drained and rinsed
7 fresh medjool dates
1 1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp baking powder
2 scoops (60g) True Plant Protein in French Vanilla
Pinch of salt
Handful choc chips
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius fan forced.
Add the peanuts into a food processor and combine until a flour forms.
Add in the chickpeas, dates and almond milk and combine until smooth.
Add in the baking powder, protein powder and salt and process until well combined.
Stir through the chocolate chips.
Add batter into a lined and greased 21x21cm tin. Sprinkle over extra peanuts and chocolate chips, if desired.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top becomes browned.
Allow to cool completely before serving.
