Ingredients:
4 cups puffed quinoa (can be purchased from Coles or health food stores. Rice puffs work too!)
1 cup shredded coconut
3/4 cup sesame seeds
2 scoops (60g) True Protein WPI90 in Salted Caramel
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch salt
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup tahini
3/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
Method:

Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

In a small saucepan, combine the wet ingredients over medium heat.

Pour the wet over the dry mixture and combine until evenly mixed.

Press into a baking tin and allow to set in the freezer for approx. 2 hours before slicing into 14 bars.

Store in the freezer.
