1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 cup Greek yogurt
¼ cup milk of choice
½ cup maple syrup
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup cacao powder
½ cup scratch oats
1 scoop True WPC80 Rich Chocolate
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a brownie tin and set aside.
In a bowl, mix wet ingredients until combined, reserving ¼ cup of the peanut butter for topping later. You may need to melt the peanut butter in the microwave
In a separate bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. Add the wet to the dry and stir gently until just combined.
Melt the remaining peanut butter and pour over the mixture. Use a skewer or knife to draw patterns on the top.
Place into the oven for 30-40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
