Ingredients:
1/4 cup coconut oil
10 fresh medjool dates, soaked in boiling water for 5 minutes
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
6 weetbix
1 cup desiccated coconut
2 scoops True Protein WPC80 in Rich Chocolate
Method:

Add all ingredients into a food processor and mix until well combined. The mixture should hold when pinched- add a little splash of the date water if it is too dry.

Press into a lined square brownie tin and allow to set in the freezer for 30 minutes, before slicing into 12 bars.
