Macros per serve:
8 Weet-Bix biscuits, crushed
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
2 scoops (60g) True Protein WPI 90 in Rich Chocolate
2 tbsp cacao powder
1/2 cup sugar free maple syrup
60g lite butter, melted
For the topping:
60g dark chocolate, chopped
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
Line a medium sized tray with baking paper and set aside.
Into a large bowl add the Weet-Bix, desiccated coconut, protein powder and cacao powder then stir until combined.
Next, add in the maple syrup and melted butter then mix thoroughly, you may need to use your hands towards the end as it’s quite dense.
Press mixture into the lined tray and allow to set in the fridge for one hour.
In the meantime melt the coconut oil and chocolate together by microwaving for 60 seconds, mixing half way.
Drizzle melted chocolate over the slice then sprinkle with desiccated coconut. Place back into the fridge to set for a final 2 hours. Cut into 16 bars and enjoy!
