250g smooth natural peanut butter
100mL sugar free maple syrup
1 scoop (30g) True Whey Protein Concentrate in Choc Peanut Butter
1 tsp coconut oil
225g dark chocolate, melted
2 tbs dry roasted mixed nuts to top
In a blender, add the peanut butter and maple syrup and stir until well combined.
Add the rolled oats and protein powder and blender until completely combined.
Line a small baking tray with baking paper. Transfer the mixture into a small tray and press it down firmly with a spatula until completely flat.
Melt the dark chocolate and the coconut oil in the same bowl and then pour over the mixture in the baking tray. Aim for the melted chocolate to cover the entire base layer and be evenly spread across the top.
On top of the melted chocolate, sprinkle some roughly chopped mixed nuts.
Refrigerate for 2 hours and then cut the frozen mixture into 10 slices.
