Ingredients
2.5 cups rolled oats
60g (12 level tablespoons) True Protein Collagen in Rich Chocolate
1/3 cup desiccated coconut
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
60g dried cranberries, chopped
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup coconut oil
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a medium sized tray with baking paper.
2. Place the oats, collagen, desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, salt and cranberries into a bowl and mix.
3. Next, add the honey and coconut oil to a bowl and microwave for 45 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds until melted.
4. Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Press mixture into the lined tray and bake for 15 to 18 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 30 minutes before slicing into 16 bars. Enjoy!
