Brown Sugar and Mixed Berry Porridge

Serves 1

Time: 15 minutes

Additional Nutritional Information:

Protein - 21g

Carbohydrates - 34g

Fats - 10g

Ingredients

1/2 C rolled oats

1 1/2 C almond milk

2 tbsp’s True Protein WPI90 in French Vanilla

1/2 C mixed berries

1 tsp brown sugar

 

Method

  1. Add the rolled oats and almond milk to a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. Keep on low heat and continue stirring for 8-10 minutes until the oats are fully cooked through. Note: if you have time you can pre-soak your oats in the almond milk to fasten up the cooking time.

  2. Stir in the WPI90 vanilla protein and remove from the heat.

  3. Pour into a bowl, sprinkle with brown sugar and top with the mixed berries.
