1 scoop True Protein WPI 90 in Salted Caramel
Method:

Add all ingredients into a small breakfast bowl and stir well until the collagen powder and chia seeds are mixed through.

Place bowl in the microwave for 2 minutes. At 2 minutes give the porridge a stir and then place the porridge in the microwave for another minute.

Remove from microwave, stir, and enjoy!
