Creamy Wholegrain Porridge

Serves 1

Preparation: 10 minutes

Additional Nutritional Information Per Serve:

Energy (kJ): 1532kJ

Carbohydrates: 34g

Protein: 38g

Fat: 7g

 

Ingredients:

35g wholegrain quick oats

1 cup low fat cow’s milk

2 tbs chia seeds

1 scoop True Protein WPI 90 in Salted Caramel

½ tsp cinnamon powder

 

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients into a small breakfast bowl and stir well until the collagen powder and chia seeds are mixed through.

  2. Place bowl in the microwave for 2 minutes. At 2 minutes give the porridge a stir and then place the porridge in the microwave for another minute.

  3. Remove from microwave, stir, and enjoy!
