Berry-Nilla Overnight Oats

Serves 1

Prep time: 5 minutes

Nutritional Information (Per Serve):

Energy: 456 calories

Protein: 48.5g

Carbohydrate: 45.3g

Fat: 6.3g (1.3g sat fat)

 

Ingredients

1/3 cup rolled oats

1tbsp chia seeds

1 scoop (30g) True Protein WPI 90 in French Vanilla

1 cup Greek yoghurt

Dash of milk (Preferred choice) – Soy milk was used here

1 cup mixed berries (Blueberries, strawberries & raspberries) – Frozen can also be used

 

Method

  1. Pour all dry ingredients into a bowl or container (Oats, chia & WPI 90 Vanilla)

  2. Stir until combined

  3. Add yoghurt & a dash of milk and stir until combined

  4. Top with berries and put in the fridge overnight

  5. The next day, stir in berries with a spoon & enjoy!
