Ingredients
1/3 cup rolled oats
1tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop (30g) True Protein WPI 90 in French Vanilla
1 cup Greek yoghurt
Dash of milk (Preferred choice) – Soy milk was used here
1 cup mixed berries (Blueberries, strawberries & raspberries) – Frozen can also be used
Method

Pour all dry ingredients into a bowl or container (Oats, chia & WPI 90 Vanilla)

Stir until combined

Add yoghurt & a dash of milk and stir until combined

Top with berries and put in the fridge overnight

The next day, stir in berries with a spoon & enjoy!
