4 Ingredient Rawnola

Serves 8

 

433 calories

12g Protein

22g Fat

55g Carbs

 

Ingredients

 

2 cups desiccated coconut

2 cups oats (for GF alternative use almonds or quinoa flakes)

2 cups dates

2 Tbsp water

2 scoops True Protein WPI90 flavour of choice (if vegan use Vegan85)

 

Method

 

  1. In a blender combine all ingredients and blend until clumped together

  2. Transfer into an airtight container and store in fridge (can be kept for up to two weeks)

  3. Enjoy with fresh fruit!
