Ingredients
550g Pumpkin
150g Sweet Potato
1 can Chickpeas
10g Minced garlic
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp tahini
3 tsp Turmeric powder
½ scoop True Protein WPI90 Banana & Honey
Method

Peel and seed the pumpkin and sweet potato, then cut into 2cm cubes

Steam pumpkin and sweet potato for 5 minutes until soft and set aside to cool

Process all the ingredients together until smooth and divide into serving sizes
