Zucchini Fries

2 large zucchinis (620g)
1 egg
1 scoop True WPI90 Natural
30g bread crumbs
1 Tbsp parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp parsley flakes
¼ tsp pink salt
Olive oil spray



  1. Preheat oven to 200c fan forced

  2. Cut zucchini into match sticks (fries) and set aside

  3. Whisk the egg in a bowl and in another bowl combine protein, breadcrumbs, cheese, garlic powder, parley and salt.

  4. Dip zucchini in the egg, followed by coating it in the dry mixture

  5. Place onto a lined baking tray and spray with olive oil

  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden, turning halfway
