Macros per serve:
1 large pear, diced
1/2 cup water
1 cup oat milk
1 cup rolled oats
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1 scoop (20g) True Collagen in Salted Caramel
2 Tbsp pistachios (or preferred nut)
Add the pear and water to a small saucepan over a medium heat and cook for a couple of minutes until the pear softens slightly.
Add in the oat milk, oats and chia seeds and cook for 5 or so minutes, stirring continuously until the oats thicken.
Add in the cinnamon and ginger and continue cooking. Add a dash more oat milk if necessary to reach your restored texture.
Take off the heat and stir through the collagen.
Serve with berries, pistachios and honey.
