For the filling
2 1/5 cups frozen mixed berries
4 pears, peeled and sliced
1 scoop True Collagen Natural
2 Tbsp stevia
1 tsp vanilla essence
For the crumble
2/3 cup plain flour
1 cup rolled oats
1 scoop True WPC 80 French Vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
3 Tbsp stevia
70g lite butter, cubed
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and spray a medium sized pyrex baking dish (about 25cm x 22cm).
Place all filling ingredients into a bowl and mix until everything is evenly coated.
Next, place all crumble ingredients into another bowl and massage the butter into the dry ingredients until a crumb forms.
Place the filling into the dish and top with the crumble.
Place in the oven to bake for 40-45 minutes. Allow to cool for 20 minutes before serving. This pairs well with Greek yoghurt or vanilla ice cream!
