Mango & Raspberry Cheesecake Smoothie Bowl

 Prep time: 10 minutes

27g Protein

46g Carbohydrates

5g Fat

 

Ingredients

 

100g ice

75g frozen banana

75g frozen mango

25g frozen raspberries

Juice of half a lemon

¼ cup coconut drinking milk

1 scoop (30g) True Plant Protein in French Vanilla

Toppings of choice

 

Method

 

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered food processor. I use a Thermomix which works well!

  2. Whiz until creamy. This make take a few goes – scrape down the sides with a spatula between mixes.

  3. Spoon into a bowl and serve with fresh fruit and muesli. I like adding chia seeds, coconut and extra fruit!
