150g light Greek yogurt
1 scoop (30g) True WPI 90 French Vanilla
40g frozen blueberries
40g frozen raspberries
40g frozen strawberries
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
6 scoops (30g) True Protein ZMA (optional)
Blend together the frozen berries and lemon juice.
In a separate bowl mix the yogurt, honey and protein powder.
Evenly divide the two mixtures into the ice pop moulds, placing fresh black berries in each mould. Place into the freezer to set overnight.
