Prep time: 15 minutes
Baking time: 45-50 minutes
2 cups oats
2 scoops True Protein WPI90 in Rich Chocolate
1/3 cup cacao powder
1/3 cup self-raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cups low-fat Greek yogurt
2 cups almond milk
1 cup granulated sweetener such as stevia or erythritol
2/3 cup egg whites
1 tsp vanilla essence
100g dark chocolate chips or chunks
4 tbsp peanut butter powder
6 tbsp water
Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius, line a medium sized baking tray with baking paper and spray with non-stick cooking oil.
Place the oats, protein powder, cacao powder, flour and baking powder into a large bowl and combine.
In another bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, almond milk, sweetener, egg, egg whites, and vanilla essence, then mix through the chocolate chips.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and fold until combined.
Pour batter into baking tray and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick when inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool for an hour before cutting. Optionally combine the peanut butter powder and water to make a sauce then drizzle over slices. Enjoy!
