Ingredients
1/2 cup True Plant Protein in Rich Chocolate
1/2 cup chickpea flour
1 cup rolled oats
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
1/2 cup shredded coconut
2 eggs
2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 heaped Tbsp coconut yoghurt
1 Tbsp maple syrup
5 medjool dates, pitted
3 Tbsp dark chocolate chips
Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan forced.

Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Add the eggs, coconut oil, coconut yoghurt, maple syrup and dates into a food processor and blend until runny.

Add the wet mixture into the dry and stir to combine.

Fold through the choc chips.

Divide into about 15 cookies and press down to flatten.

Bake for 15 minutes and allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
