Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
3/4 cup coconut sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup coconut oil
1.5 cups gluten-free flour
1tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup True Plant Protein in Rich Chocolate
Method

Mash the bananas in a large bowl and slowly sprinkle in the coconut sugar. Mix lightly.

In a separate bowl whisk two eggs and add the vanilla extract and coconut oil. Combine the egg mixture with the bananas. Stir in the gluten-free flour.

Now add the cinnamon, salt, baking powder and True Vegan 85. Mix well until combined.

In a baking paper lined bake tin, pour the mixture in and bake in an oven for 40 minutes at 185°C.
