Makes 20 pieces
2/3 cup coconut oil
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup rice malt syrup
2/3 cup cacao powder
1 scoop True Protein Collagen powder
1 scoop WPI90 Rich Chocolate
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup peanuts, crushed
1. Line a small baking tray with baking paper and place the coconut oil, peanut butter and rice malt syrup into a saucepan on medium heat and stir until everything is combined.
2. Next, stir in the cacao powder, collagen powder, protein powder and vanilla extract.
3. Mix through half of the crushed peanuts and pour into the baking tray, sprinkle the remaining peanuts on top then place into the fridge to set overnight. Cut into desired pieces and keep in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
