Ingredients
Base:
1 cup almonds
1 cup pitted dates
3/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup cacao
1/4 cup coconut oil
Filling:
1 cup soaked cashews
1 tsp True Protein Greens Powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp peppermint essence
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup cacao butter
Topping:
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
Pinch of sea salt
Method
1. Blend the base ingredients together in a food processor.
2. Press into a tray and freeze.
3. To make the filling, blend all of the ingredients together in a food processor.
4. Pour over the set base and freeze.
5. Finally, for the topping, stir all of the ingredients together and pour on top of the set filling. Freeze.
6. Once fully set, slice into triangles and enjoy.
