Berry and Vanilla Protein Smoothie

Serves 1-2

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana (100g) 

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries 

1 cup milk 

2 tbsp Greek yoghurt 

1/2 cup rolled oats 

1 scoop True WPI90 in French Vanilla 

1/4 tsp cinnamon 

1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste 

 

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered food processor and blend until creamy.
