Ingredients:
1.5 cups rolled oats
2 cups water
1 large apple, diced
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
4 medjool dates, roughly chopped
Approx. 1/2 cup oat milk
90g True Protein WPI90 in Apple Crumble
3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Optional honey, to serve
Method:
1. Add the oats, water and diced apple to a small sauce pan over medium heat.
2. Cook the oats for about 5 minutes, until they start to thicken, stirring continuously.
3. Add in the chia seeds, cinnamon and medjool dates and cook for another few minutes, until the oats reach desired texture.
4. Remove from the heat and stir in the protein powder, adding oat milk as required until desired consistency is reached.
5. Serve with pumpkin seeds and honey, if desired, and enjoy!
