15g True WPI90 French Vanilla
100g self-raising flour
2 Tbsp baking stevia
½ tsp cinnamon
20g coconut oil melted
1/3 cup of milk
1 scoop True Post Rich Chocolate
2 Tbsp milk
Pre-heat the oven to 170 degrees and spray the donut tray with oil.
In a large bowl sift together all the dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl whisk together the egg, milk and coconut oil.
Stir the wet mixture into the dry until just combined.
Spoon the batter into the donut tray, leaving enough room for the mixture to rise.
Bake in the oven for 8 minutes and leave to cool for 5.
Combine all the icing ingredients together.
Leave icing off and heat up to serve or ice the donuts straight away and enjoy!
