Ingredients
1 cup oat flour or ground oats
1 cup almond meal
2 TP Scoops True Plant Protein in French Vanilla
½ cup natural peanut butter
1/3 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
½ cup rice malt syrup
4 Oreos, crushed into large chunks
¼ cup unsalted roasted peanuts
Method

In a bowl mix together the almond meal, oat flour, protein powder, peanut butter, rice malt syrup, almond meal, salt, and vanilla. Add more almond milk if the mixture is too dry

Pull the mixture out of the bowl and knead for a few minutes

Put the mixture back into the bowl and add the Oreo chunks and peanuts, mixing until evenly distributed

Line a small baking tin with baking paper and press the mixture into it

Allow the mixture to set in the fridge for at least 4 hours before cutting into desired pieces. Keep in the fridge or store in the freezer
