Ingredients
50g dark chocolate
1/4 C butter
3 tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
2 tbsp almond milk
1 tbsp cacao
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 C almond meal
2 tbsp True Protein WPI90 in Rich Chocolate
Small pinch of salt
Method

Preheat your oven to 170’C.

In a small bowl, melt together the chocolate and butter in the microwave.

Whisk in the sugar, egg and vanilla, then gently fold in the almond milk, cacao, baking powder, almond meal, WPI90 and salt until just combined.

Transfer the batter to a medium greased ramekin and bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes or until cooked to your liking (cook for 15 mins if you like a gooey centre).

Allow to cool slightly, serve between bowls and enjoy!
