Trail Mix Bliss Balls

A great snack perfect for a packed lunch from Amy Barrett, @chocdaisy!



Makes around 15 balls

2 tbsp True Protein French Vanilla Pea Protein Powder
1/2 cup crunchy nut granola
1/2 cup pepitas
1 cup almonds
1/2 cup almond butter
Handful of dried cranberries
1/4 cup rice malt syrup
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp coconut water to bind
1/2 cup granola, plus extra to roll (I processed mine before making the bliss balls to make it easier to roll)



Combine all the ingredients in a processor except for the granola, coconut water and cranberries. Blend until it starts to break down, but is still chunky.

Add the cranberries and granola and process again. I like to still have a few bigger pieces to chew on in my bliss balls so no need to turn them into nut butter!

Add in the coconut water 1 tbsp at a time until it starts to come together.

Roll into balls, and then roll in the reserved granola.
