Chocolate Spread Meal Prep

Serves 25 (1 Tbsp)

Macronutrients 

Protein 2.5
Carbohydrates 6.3
Fats 1.3

Ingredients

1 can of chickpeas
4 Medjool dates (70g)
1 scoop True Protein WPI 90 Rich Chocolate
8 scoops True Protein Cacao Powder
2 Tbsp natural peanut butter
1/3 cup almond milk
2 Tbsp maple syrup

Method

  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.

  2. Process all the ingredients together until smooth, then divide into serving sizes and store in the fridge.
