Protein Matcha Brownies

Ingredients

3 scoops True Protein Whey Isolate – Chocolate
1 can (400grams) Brown Lentils
4 tbsp Cottage Cheese
¼ cup True Protein Raw Cacao Powder
3 tbsp. Coconut Flour
1 tbsp. True Protein Matcha Green Tea
50 ml Almond Milk
3 Medjool Dates (remove pits)
3 tbsp. Raw Honey
½ tsp. Baking Soda

Method

1. Blitz lentils, dates, almond milk until smooth
2. Mix in all other ingredients until thick batter forms
3. Pour into baking tray and ensure even across surface
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes (check at 30 minutes)
