Peanut Butter Choc Chip Cookies

Makes 20


1 TP Scoop True WPI90 Rich Chocolate
250g True Natural Peanut Butter
250gm coconut sugar
2 eggs
½ cup dark chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius and line a large baking tray with baking paper

  2. In a large bowl, add in all ingredient and mix together until a dough forms

  3. Evenly portion out 20 balls and lay them spaciously on the lined baking tray

  4. Press down lightly with the prongs of a fork to make a mark and flatten slightly. Now bake in the oven for 15 minutes

  5. Leave cookies for 10 minutes to cool before consumption
