The world's first stable, canned liquid creatine

Conquering the Creatine Challenge

Creatine monohydrate is one of the most researched supplements in the world, but it has one weakness: water. When added to water or any liquid, creatine steadily converts into creatinine over a 24–48 hour period. Creatinine is a waste product the body clears through the kidneys, with none of creatine’s performance or cognitive benefits.

True has commissioned third-party testing of a large range of liquid and gummy creatine products currently on the market, and found some contained as little as 10% of the creatine claimed on the label.

True has finally cracked the stabilisation code with a purely mechanical stabilisation technology. Our method infuses the creatine into water, keeping the creatine stable without adding chemicals, encapsulation or preservatives to slow its breakdown.

People in this industry have been trying to make creatine work in liquid for years, and everyone has hit the same wall. The usual answer has been to add chemicals or more creatine and hope enough survives. We didn't want to work around the problem. We wanted to solve it.
