L-Carnitine (Carnipure®) is a key ingredient for assisting with fat loss. Carnitine converts fatty acids into energy in the form of ATP (adenosine triphosphate). What this means is, Carnitine turns the fat your body has stored into energy. Once it is turned into energy you are able to use it and burn it off. L-Carnitine is an amino acid which is high in protein, adding to the high-protein profile of Pro Define.

Green tea extract has an extraordinary profile that can help with weight loss, fat oxidation, and to elevate your metabolic rate. The main ingredient in it is EGCG (Epigallocatechin gallate), which is a potent antioxidant that does not like fat cells and so kickstarts fat-burning in the body.

The key factor that differentiates the taste between Pro Define and WPI90 is that whey protein isolate (WPI90) has less than 1% lactose in the blend and Pro Define is made with a combination of WPI, WPC and Milk Protein Concentrate, which by default gives it a creamier texture and taste. Pro Define is also blended with coconut water powder which plays a significant role in the taste of Pro Define.

Pro Define’s texture is very similar to our WPI90 with an equally smooth mixing capability. Both Pro Define and WPI90 blend well, however Pro Define has a thin milkshake consistency whereas WPI90 makes a slightly lighter consistency due to the lack of lactose.

Both Pro Define and WPI90 have fantastic taste profiles when mixed with 250ml water or milk. If any of the protein blends are mixed with more than 250ml of liquid then the taste will be significantly impacted, resulting in a more watery and diluted taste.

The high protein content in Pro Define, just like WPI90 will make you feel full and for longer. Both protein and fat have a higher satiety value than carbohydrates, which is the feeling of fullness and a satisfied hunger. By incorporating Pro Define into your diet and feeling satisfied after your shake, you’ll be less likely to reach for a sweet treat or junk foods.

It’s important to remember that hunger is very subjective between individuals, so your hunger levels will also depend on the other foods you include over the day. We recommend a well-balanced diet of nutrient-dense wholefoods combined with regular exercise.

We recommend 1-2 per day, depending on your dietary needs and exercise regime.

Here is an example: If you are exercising 3-4 times a week for 30-45 minutes, then we recommend a protein shake to be taken on the days you are working out.
If you are working out 5-7 times a week for 45 minutes or longer then you may like to have two protein shakes per day.

This depends if your goal is muscle growth. Pro Define is there to support your muscle recovery after workouts, helping you to keep your muscles lean and toned. If you want to grow your muscles then you will have to actively increase your protein intake and adjust your training regime to meet this specific goal.
