I received the black crew as a free gift with a purchase. I did get it in the large size as that was the closest one available to the small or medium I would have chosen. It is on the big side so maybe small would have been the one for me. It's pretty thin but not bad. I don't think I would buy one of these.

This is my first time buying True Protein. I’ve seen it around and decided to go for it finally. They had everything I wanted in one place - protein, BCAAs, compartment shaker (specifically what I wanted!), and free crew tee with my purchase. Protein tastes great, BCAAs taste great, and I utilise both of these in the compartment shaker for my early morning workouts - saves packing multiple shakers - not enough room in my work bag for that! Finally, the free crew tee was a nice touch, it fits great and I really like it :)
