Try these Peanut Butter Bliss Balls (Low Carb) for the perfect on the go protein packed snack.

Recipe makes around 14 balls.
1/2 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup ground linseed
1/4 cup ground pepitas (or your choice of nut or seed)
1/2 cup caramelised buckwheat (bukini's) roughly ground
2 tbsp True Organic Cacao Powder
1 scoop True Organic Raw Baobab Powder
1/4 cup rice malt syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tbsp cacao nibs
Coconut water, to bind.
1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, I use my hands to get everything squished in nicely.
2. If the mix is a little dry, add a tsp of coconut water at a time until the consistency is right.
3. Shape into balls and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
