Matcha Choc Chip Cookies

Matcha is one of the best antioxidants around and when combined with choc chip makes deliciously healthy snacks!

1 & 1/2 cups pepita meal (1 cup whole seed)

1 tsp Organic Matcha Green Tea

2 tbsp coconut oil

2 tbsp rice malt

1/4 tsp Himalayan Pink Rock Salt Powder

1/4 tsp baking powder

1 tsp lacuma or protein powder

1/4 cup cacao nibs



1. Combine ingredients

2. Roll tablespoons of mix into balls

3. Flatten slightly

4. Bake for 15 minutes at 170

5. Cool on wire rack 

6. Enjoy!
