2cm Fresh Ginger
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
1 tsp Black Strap Molasses
1/2 Frozen Banana
2 tsp Peanut Butter.
1/4 Cup Coconut Yogurt
1 Scoop True Protein Pea Protein
6 Ice Cubes
1/2 cups coconut water
1. Throw everything in a blender, until smooth.
2. Drizzle the glass with a little molasses & PB.
