Carrot Cake Batter Smoothie Bowl

Looking for a tastey, yet different way to start your day? Try this Carrot Cake Batter Smoothie Bowl. Full of goodness and antioxidents, this recipe will ensure you start the day on the right foot! Recipe makes two bowls.

Ingredients 

1 organic carrot

1/4 cup walnuts

1 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds

1/2 cup True Instant Oats or GF oats 

1 & 1/2 - 2 cups cashew milk depending on what consistency you prefer

2 tsp Organic Cinnamon Powder

1 inch fresh turmeric

1/2 inch fresh ginger

1/4 tsp ground cardamom 

 

Method 

 1. Throw everything in a high powered blender till smoothish.

2.  Top with coconut yogurt, bee pollen & ground turmeric.

3.  Enjoy!
