1 cup coconut milk
1 scoop True Creatine Mono
1 scoop True BCAA Pineapple
1 scoop True WPI90 Raw Coconut
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp coconut oil
60g pineapple




  1. Blend all ingredients together and pour into moulds. Place in freezer to set overnight.
