Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

1 cup watermelon

1 cup frozen raspberries

1 cup ice

1 scoop True BCAA’s in Natural

Juice from ¼ lime

Method


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until it becomes a slushie-like consistency.

  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
